Following are the guidelines for this program:

Frame Choice: Your frame choice must meet the compliance standard shown on your specified job order.

Employer Contribution: Frames, lenses, and coatings prices will vary. If your employer has a maximum contribution limit towards your safety prescription eyewear, ensure that you receive a quote from the clinic before proceeding with your order.

Side Shields: Your job order will specify the requirements for side shields as either fixed or removable – or it may allow the employee to choose based on preference.

Lens Choice: Polycarbonate or CR-39 lenses are available and must meet the compliance standard shown on your specific job order.

Lens Coatings: Lens coatings such as Scratch Resistance, Ultra Violet, Anti-reflection, Tinting, and Photochromic are available to protect you and your safety glasses. Your job order will specify the type of coatings that are approved as well as any limits or restrictions you may have.
